All returns and cancellations are subject to approval by POPE FURNITURE, and returns are subject to inspection of merchandise. You agree to and understand the following:

  • It is our Policy that items must be returned within 10 days of delivery/pickup for a refund of the purchase price, less any delivery fee (Not Refundable)

  • Items purchased "Special Order” meaning items we do not stock MAY NOT BE RETURNED. POPE FURNITURE will assess a minimum of 25% fee for customers who cancel "Special Order" items.

  • Re-delivery fee and/or return merchandise pick up fee and a 25% RESTOCKING/CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED

  • Products in question must be in new condition and a purchase receipt must be provided before the merchandise can be returned/exchanged.Returns/exchanges must be approved by the store prior to return/exchange.

  • Returns are to be handled by the customer, including transportation. Refunds will be issued by check or card used at the time of purchase. No cash refunds. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for credit card returns to process.

  • Returns are only accepted in their original boxes and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled, it is no longer returnable but may still be exchanged. Special order products such as items where fabrics can be selected are non-refundable.
  • Items marked "Clearance," "As-ls" or "Final Sale" may not be returned.
  • For all merchandise accepted by POPE FURNITURE for return or exchange and for which POPE FURNITURE provides a service to pick up and return to POPE FURNITURE you agree to pay a reasonable pick-up fee up to 20 % to be determined by Pope Furniture.
  • If your merchandise was delivered, and you wish to have Pope Furniture pick up the merchandise from your home, you will be charged for:

§  The original delivery fee.
§  A pickup charge equivalent to the normal delivery charge in your area. If you return your merchandise to NFM, you will only be assessed the original delivery fee.
§  If you reselect, you will be charged a separate delivery fee on the new order in addition to the above fees.Accessories, Bedding, Mattresses (After opened). Lamps, and pictures are Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable.  Extended Warranties/protection plans are Non-Refundable.  

Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable. Delivery service does NOT include removal of current items. Delivery service will not move or be responsible for moving any current items in the path of delivery. Path and space must be cleared prior to delivery or delivery may be rescheduled and another fee charged.
